Will come back!!!
Positive: Perfect condition, very comfy and nicely decorated.
Negative: No parking but it is not too far from Mill Pool car park

A really lovely place to stay in Looe but not for those with limited mobility
Positive: Lovely cottage, with plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. Big enough for our family group of 6 (although due to the dynamics of the group I had to share the bunk room with my disabled daughter - I was a bit worried about sleeping on top bunk at my age but the bed was really solid and not wobbly at all). Great location, Lovely to walk at night with the reflections on the water.
Negative: 1) Parking - Parking, by permit provided, is in the Millpool car park some distance away. There's a loading bay opposite but that had a car there every time we passed. The road is narrow and whilst not busy is commonly used. I had to stop in the road to unload (luckily I had family there already and we swiftly unloaded and dropped off my disabled daughter). I was lucky enough to be able to park a few minutes walk up the road, whilst my brother used the parked in the Millpool car park. There is also P&D parking on the water's edge which is closer than the Millpool one.
2) Accessibility - It's not suited for those with limited mobility (when we booked we didn't know my daughter would be in a wheelchair). There's two steps down from the road to the front door with the living room, bunk room and bathroom (steps up) on that floor. Then upstairs are the main bedrooms and downstairs is the big kitchen diner. The cottage is on a hill too.

Fisherman's cottage
Positive: A very comfortable and well presented cottage. well equipped and comfy beds.
Negative: A smell of damp when we first arrived. No parking outside. The front door could do with a usable deadlock for much needed security. Bathroom door not closing properly.

Lovely cottage perfectly located near the centre of Looe
Positive: Stylish, clean, well equipped. Good location and deceptively spacious inside. Everything you could want for a holiday cottage.
Negative: A couple of minor maintenance issues, bathroom cold tap loose in the basin and one bedroom window wouldn’t open due to faulty multi way locking mechanism. Reported to maintenance staff but as we were only there two nights they were unable to resolve during our stay. They said they would be in to fix on the day we departed.

Beautiful cosy cottage
Positive: Lovely and cosy, great location, thank you for a great stay
Negative: Minor negatives just to make this a 10 out of 10 was broken tap in bathroom and leaking hot tap in kitchen. Also pre warn of the steepness of the hill. Also the front door key extremely stiff and hard to get out the key hole. But other than that it was perfect 👌
